dvdforbes, Once you have your data converted to the MS format from csv, do you store the data in A-Z Folders? If so, there is the possibility that you might like to try some of the "commercial" data distribution software programs from companies like Paritech in Australia. You will NOT get any support from them as you are not a data subscriber, but their software is freely distributed on their website. IF you have your data already in A-Z folders, it MIGHT be possible to use these and some self-created distribution profiles to copy the data into your multitude of folders. And yet again, this is another example of why you should pay to get your data from a reputable, friendly and helpful data vendor who will give you all the data you want in the format you want it! How much is a year's worth of data? versus how much worry and stress and time do you spend downloading, converting and moving data files, only to find you've messed it up? Much better to pay a few hundred dollars and drink more tea whilst relaxing with your correct and properly distributed charts.
