For "a.)" would be to set up in express download under tools tab. Not sure about scheduling.

For "b.)" highlight explorations then select explore to run multiple explorations. Again, not
sure about scheduling.

>>a. Configure and schedule multiple downloads using the Downloader

You first must run through a regular, manual download, so the folders & files you want updated are listed through The Downloader.

Then, run Express Download (START --> All Programs --> Equis International --> Express Download), to make sure everything is correct.

Finally, set up a run of The Downloader with the same command-line as Express Download, under "Scheduled Tasks" from Control Panel; the Run portion should be:

"C:\Equis he DownLoader\Dlwin.exe" /express".

You can choose multiple days/times under the Schedule tab. You will probably want to check the option for "Wake Computer to Run this Task."

>>b. Scheduling and running multiple explorations using the Explorer
>>c. Transferring multiple reports to excel from the Explorer

For these, you will need to run some sort of script utility, along with "Scheduled Tasks". I've used AutoIt successfully in the past: http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/index.shtml

The learning curve isn't too steep; do one at a time and expect a speed-bump or two.
