New Security Not Available After Created In The Downloader With Tick Period

Hi everyone,
I have created a new security in the downloader in day period and it's shows in the metastock's open file. But the case is not the same with tick period. I have been trying out for sometime and still unable to get the new security created in tick period to appear in the open file of metastock. All the error in the downloader is clear. If any one who had this problem solved before, please help. Thank you.

Only MetaStock Professional can open and display charts of intraday data. The end of data version of MetaStock does not even see intraday data files
