Having not seen your application I am not sure... however - I think it is very likely that you will get the dev kit. Don't be too disappointed if the process is a little slow right now.. The guy that handles it has gone to Brazil until the end of July. I think someone else is handling it but may only check the applications once a week. I will tell him someone is asking :) M
