Could you please explain the meaning And examples of applications of functions ExtFml ("DeBry.DataIsCurrent", Periods).
To learn more about it from your ExtFml DeBry to do.

Not 100% on that, but DeBry wrote Spyglass which was a MetaStock add-on and later morphed into the FIRE add-on. With Spyglass, you could build your own indexes and baskets of stocks using data stored on your PC. My guess would be that the function was designed to look at the local data files and determine whether the data in that file was current or not.
