I have subscribed to the Asia Pacific EOD data package from Equis. I got no emails or instructions from them on how to connect and download the data to my downloader version 8.0. Can anyone help? I am waiting now for 2 days for a reply to my emails to Equis support, not a peep. Sould have just gone with esignal.

To add to the last post (still no word from Equis support):
I downloaded the asian.exe symbol database file and then managed to add the INDICES for the Colombo Stock Exchange (exchange code CSE, index symbols are .CSE, .CSEBF etc). My question is how do I add the symbol list for the individual stocks in the CSE? I looked under "Stocks Common" in the symbol lookup for the Downloader (ver 8) and I cant find these, so it looks like I need to add these symbols. What are the symbols?

Emails are automatically sent when you place an order, however we cannot vouch for the receiving end. More than likely they went to a Spam/Junk folder if you did not see them in your inbox.
In looking at your account however, it would appear you have a QuoteCenter subscription, which is our Intraday data feed, not our End-of-Day data feed.
At this point I would recommend contacting our support directly at 1-801-265-9998 and we can figure out what you need.
