Im currently using MS 13 with Eikon and noticed that they have a mobile app for Android and Iphone/Ipad. I loaded the Android version and was unable to sign in as I don't have the proper permissions. I am working on getting those (see below) and will let you know if I am successful as this would be a great addition to an awesome platform. I've requested assistance from Metastock Technical Support as well as Thomson Reuters.

Good afternoon, I saw your query about not being able to login to Eikon via your Android mobile(is this correct?). Upon checking, I learned that you don't have permission to use Eikon via mobile. I will reach out to our permissioning group to add that service on your acct(if you're ok with it).

Are you using XENITH or Eikon?

Thats a good question. I would assume Xenith because that is what I signed up for but when I sign on it says:
