I attempted a download this morning to recieve this "The credentials provided currentlu do not have access to LSEG workspace " .Once again this LSEG rubbish download system is failing . When I hit "contact us in the window provided I get "No CPURL Link "when I search in the Microsoft store for an app to open this link as instructed the result is no link found . When I right click on the LSEG tab on my taskbar there is no option to login and the option to open the workspace doesnt work . I am now in front of my computor without Fridays data ready for work on the Asian markets tommorrow morning . How do I reconfirm my credentials and get my data ?
