I attempted a download this morning to recieve this "The credentials provided currentlu do not have access to LSEG workspace "

.Once again this LSEG rubbish download system is failing . When I hit "contact us in the window provided I get "No CPURL Link "when I search in the Microsoft store for an app to open this link as instructed the result is no link found . When I right click on the LSEG tab on my taskbar there is no option to login and the option to open the workspace doesnt work . 

I am now in front of my computor without Fridays data ready for work on the Asian markets tommorrow morning . How do I reconfirm my credentials and get my data ?

Hello,

Sorry for the issues you had while attempting to download. There was scheduled maintenance (Saturday Feb 28 US time) which is not supposed to cause interruptions in the service but appears to have caused some disruptions unfortunately. If you have not already done so, you should be able to download data now.

You can also check to see if there are any product/data alerts by going to https://www.metastock.com/customer/
