Sorry for the trouble you've experienced with these particular symbols. An issue has been identified and reported to our data vendor. We should be getting a fix for this but unfortunately I do not have a fix date at this time.

There is a workaround to being able to open these charts. Unfortunately it does require limiting the ending date to the prior day. For example, in the Power Console:

Type VXc1 onto the Instrument(s) field:

On the right-hand side there is a "Data Request Range" box. You will need to set the "to" date to the previous day (so if today is 7/11/2025, put a checkmark in the "to" box and set this to 7/10/2025). The Daily chart should be able to open with this setting.

We recognize this is not ideal. Because this is on the data vendor side, this will not require an update to MetaStock to resolve, but we will need to wait for an update from our data vendor.
