I am trying to incorporate the Relative Strength Comparative indicator in my existing instrument charts. However in the property dialog of the Relative Strength Comparative, the Symbol Lookup dialog does not activate to show the instruments available. I have had no difficulty using the Relative Strength Comparative indicator in previous versions of Metastock. What should fix it? Thanks in anticipation.

Hi, Is there no response when you click the Symbol Lookup button, or are you referring to the dialogue that opens afterward (the Select Instrument dialogue box)?

Hi MS support I used the following sequence of clicks in MS XV eod on existing instrument chart:
Grab Relative Strength Comparative (RSC) indicator and release on instrument price
RSC property (option parameter) box opens up
Box shows no listing of instruments
Click Symbol Lookup - nothing shows up

Hi, Do you open Power Console while using MetaStock? There does appear to be an issue where if you do not open Power Console at least once, the Choose Instrument/Symbol Lookup-type dialogue boxes will fail to open until you do so. I have written this up as a bug but wanted to confirm whether or not this is the same issue you are encountering.

I did what you suggested and the RSC works. Thanks for the advice.
