I am a subscriber to Reuters Datalink EoD Asian, Europe and Futures data packages. Since 5Oct2017, I have been unable to download data for Asian and European stocks. However, I am able to download Futures data. Before 5Oct, I have no problems downloading all the data. I am not sure if it is my PC or the server fault. Anyone encountered the same issues? Can MS support verify that the server is working? Thank you.

My issue is resolved. It is not server fault. Some problems with subscription status.
