I have downloaded the latest update and now I get an error message of "Login Failed" before the software even starts up. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,
Which version of Windows are you running? Have you ensured it is fully up-to-date? You may also want to try stopping the automatic sign-in if you have this enabled (Start > All Programs > Thomson Reuters > Stop Automatic Sign-In).
