when i test any stock by enhanced system tester i but some rules for stop loss in the stop loss tab. how can i told the expert advisor these stop loss rules by code.

You'll need to write the formula/indicator code. Have a look at "Advanced Trailing Stop".

If you post the rules, someone here may be able to give you a leg up.
