Exit Long / Stop Loss exists one bar too late

Hi!
I've been search the forum for about 5 hours now and I cannot seem to find the answer to this very key question. (Using MetaStock EOD, btw)
I want my trading system to exit the trade if at anytime the price goes below a certain point.
Sell Order formula: L < ref(L, -1)
The system should exit the trade if at anytime during today the previous days low is passed.
MetaStock acknowledges my stop loss, but fails to execute it today. Instead, it sells my position at the opening price of the next bar. The exit is lagging with one day and I cannot seem to figure out how to fix it.
Please help!

1. Check that Strategic Delay (Bars) is set to 0 in the Sell Order tab.
If that doesn't solve your problem, try this:
2. When you click on "New Simulation" and you click next until you reach the Trading, Portfolio and Results window (after selecting your securities), click on More.
This will get you to the System Testing Options window.
3. Click on the Trade Execution tab. Delay order opening should be set to 0.
