"download prices" and "vendor options" in downloader not highlighted.

Hi All,
I have metastock EoD v. 10.0 running. i have subscribed for reuters data downloader (EoD). when i checked my downloader, i found that the link tools -> vendor options and tools -> download prices is not activated. can someone explain me what was the problem. thanks and best rgds.

This is generally due the Telephony service not running.
Open the Start menu
Select Run
Type services.msc
Double click on telephony
Set to Automatic or Manual and Start the service.
Restart The DownLoader and these menu items should now be active.

I have the same problem.
I've checked the Telephony service, and it is indeed running.
