I will post each country separately.
Here is how you use a sym file :
Copy the file to The DownLoader folder.
Restart MetaStock and the Downloader
( If the programs were running )

Hi Patrick,
I have downloaded the Asia exchanges zip fil and unzip it.
I create new securities for the Stock Exchange of Singapore and try to download it but there was no data downloader for all the stocks.
When I check at the Collection Report under details it says
Collection Status : (Invalid Symbol) for all the stocks
Please advice

Click on tools, options, Reuters Datalink, Advanced and change your port to : 7985
Then try downloading again.

Here is a list of ports that need to be used if subscribed to an international package.
North America only = 7983
Asia only = 7984
Asia + North America = 7985
Europe only = 7986
Europe + North America = 7987
Europe + Asia = 7988
All regions = 7989
Usually you get an email when signing but sometimes the email is deleted by spam filters and etc ...
So here is the info for all exchanges.

7985 for your account is the best.
I don't know when you should download your data, my guess is to wait till 4 or 5 pm mountain time.

Hello!
Well - I had looked that up in Dec last year and at that stage we had 43 users in Croatia. The problem lies in the fact that only 1 person in Croatia has opted into our email so I can't really email them and let them know they should come and chat here. We have super strict privacy policies.
I will have another look next week and let you know...
