I believe this should already be in XVII (it is in v18). You can verify this by the following:

1. Open MetaStock

2. Click Tools > Indicator Builder

3. Click New

4. Click into the Formula box

5. Click the Functions button (lower right)

6. Scroll down the Function Categories (left)

Forum should be in the list of categories with the individual functions listed on the right-hand side once you select Forum. MetaStock external function DLLs must reside in the folder path below:

C:\Users\{Windows.Username}\AppData\Local\Innovative Market Analysis\MetaStock\17.0\Formulas\External Function DLLs
