HI,
Since the 25th of Feb data for all X.TSE related indicators is missing. ie: X.TSE-A , X.TSE-D , X.TSE-H etc. it's the third time I come across this issue.

Thank you for your message and sorry for the delay in getting back with you. It does appear that there are a couple gaps in the data for the dates of 2/28/2022 and 3/1/2022. I will get this reported to our data team to resolve. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused!

Hi again, The data for 2/28 and 3/1 should now be available. If you are downloading data via DownLoader and you do not see this data when you perform a data collection, you can try deleting the data up to the point of missing data, then download again (When I tested this morning, this was not necessary, the data missing data for these dates was added to my security files).

The same data is missing again. It's so annoying, especially when You have money at stake.

I am seeing data for all of last week. Are you still experiencing an issue with this? If so, which dates are you seeing missing data for?

I checked the next day after I post on this topic and It was updated, however it wasn’t there on the day of the post.

Thank you for the update; I am glad the issue has cleared up. Hopefully this will not continue to be an issue, but in order to more quickly track this issue down when it is happening it might be best to email our support team. Thank you again for the update. Apologies as I meant to reply to your post but I did report this issue the day after you posted this, but the data should be available for the 14th. There was a problem that was causing some intermittent data collection issues (which caused some intermittent data collection issues) that has been fixed. Hopefully that will also correct the issues we've seen with these symbols, but if you do encounter any problems with this please let me know.
