I'm a kind of man that likes to have everything at hand, in the same place. I often miss trading opportunities because I simply forgot that I saw a potential trade developing a week ago. A nice feature in MS12 would be to have an integrated notepad, somewhere I could write down notes.

Yes I agree some kind of alerts or reminder system in MS itself would be nice. For example the ability to set an alert when something hits a price level or crosses a trend line etc.
If you use MS12 Pro you can set up alerts based on various criteria in Eikon/Xenith. Right click on chart objects or securities in a quote list and choose "Set Alert" and you can add a note there. Also it can set Outlook reminders for things like upcoming earnings reports. It's a very powerful bit of software.

That would be great, I rarely jump on a trade the minute I see, I'm a big fan of researching everything, to the point of overkill. Being able to note down what I was looking at so I don't forget would make things much easier.

I agree metastock needs a note pad function I was surprised when I bought the program V 11.0.
