Hello Friends,

Can any one tell me how to interpret Profitunity's symbols (up1,down1, up2,down2 etc..) in expert advisor?

I tried to reach Profitunity guys, but I beleive I need to enroll into their course (some $ 3 K or so) to understand it.

In the first place, why Metastock do not have the explanatory notes on the indicators/expert advisors that they have added into their software.

Can anyone throw some light on how to intepret the above symbols? or some kind of manual I can get hold of?

Thanks a ton.

Ok. I would like to withdraw this post, but the system did not allow me to do. So I am posting this.

Looks like the expert symbols are dynamic and not firm.

1) like delayed apprearance (the expert appears after few bars)

2) And those appreared also can vanish based on furher price movement.

No good for my style of trading.

Sam7768,

I have no idea regarding the codes of that expert but your observation suggests that it is using some Hindsight functions.Kindly avoid all hind sight based codes if not understood or handeled properly these hind sight based codes can give trecherous results on your equity curve.

I agree Asish.

The codes looks good if applied on history. they fit perfectly at tops and bottoms. But when I apply on live charts, I see that dynamicness [:S]
