Have you ever had experience with the above error message?
I am something incurring in this kind of error recently, while running explorations.

That's new to me. It sounds like it can't find formulas, which I think is MS??FORM.DTA (?? is the version number).
You may need to restore a backup, or re-install. Hope you didn't have too many custom formulas...

Very strange, if consider that all the formulas are at the proper place.
Guess what?
I reinstalled MS...
...I formatted the PC, before reinstalling OS and MS again...
...and the problem presents itself again!
Luckily, after clicking on the OK button, I am able to complete the exploration anyway...

What versions of Windows and MS are you using?

MS 10.1 and WinXP.
I have to say I was forced to format my PC for many different troubles, which occurred almost suddenly:
- securities which didn't open themselves,
- exploration not working anymore,
- sharing violation,
- and so on...

It looks like all of this occured AFTER a Windows update run. I am a long time happy user of Windows XP and use Metastock for many years, so I'm not properly an absolute beginner.
I restored the OS to a previous working version, but with no results.

Certainly sounds like some odd problems...I would contact Equis Tech Support with the error msg. Also, make sure you're using Microsoft Security Essentials on the computer and FamilyShield or OpenDNS on your router.
