Monday 5th July was a holiday in the States, but the rest of the world had a trading day.
It is now 6th July, mid-way through the Asian trading day with Europe starting in a few hours, and we still have no Asian data for 5th July.
I understand it was a holiday, but Reuters is a global company. Was it not possible to have someone on duty to handle this, or else set up the computers to collect data automatically at pre-set times?

This issue is being looked into. Data collection is automatic and while our IT does have alarms set to notify them in case of server-related issues, data collection is a bit more complex / subjective and I am not sure it would be feasible to have alarms for an issue like this. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.
