They use to have a yahoo group where they would discuss the plug in, it might still exist and you might get a good explanation from them. Now I'm not saying it is right but like henry mentioned a few times on this forum, the value of this plug in ( At least not to Henry and I) does not reside in the system or experts it provides but rather the functions it makes available.
