Hello , Is there a way to draw a curve or shape of any kind in version 17 as a maekup on a chart ?
, or is Metastock limited to straight line drawing ,rectangles and triangles still ?
If I upgade to v20 can I do this ?

We do have Ellipse as well, but unfortunately there is not an option for Curve. We do have a feature request tracking this, and I will go ahead and add your request to this.

Of course what would be good is a tab to turn on drawing with a mouse hold to activate drawing any curve or shape or trendline so I dont have to click a tab every time to start a new line . It feels like this program is stuck in the 90s compared to whats available generally these days. Ive used Metastock for decades now and its starting to feel very old and limited these days
