Metastock 16RT fail to function normally since the Ju2025 update

After the Jul 2025 software upgrade, my Metastock 16RT has not been functioning normally till now. The real time data can't load on itself and i have to manually load it every second. The real time alert function is also lost.
Its been 5 month already and Metastock's support still not sending me any support on that. I sent email support request to Metastock support on the issue and they did not respond to my emails. I made a long distance call to Metastock support in a working day for 15minutes and yet nobody was there to pick up my call.
I wonder whats happening now!
