If I subscribe to realtime data, and can read it in MetaStock, is there a way to download it to my computer? I only see a way using downloader to download daily, weekly and monthly data.

Hello, There is no ability to download local data files that update live, nor is there the ability to download Local Intraday Securities in Downloader (technically with MetaStock RT you can Copy & Paste the data from a chart into a CSV file, and then import that file into a MetaStock Local Data List). I have written up a suggestion to see if something like that could be added in the future, however.

have some interest too. Using vettedpropfirms as a stepping stone is great when working in MetaStock — it helps map prop-firm terms, splits and rule differences quickly. But treat it as reference only: always export current T&Cs, test instrument availability in MetaStock and save screen-shots. Your charts may reflect ideal setups, but real rule changes come from the firm, not the summary. Cross-check live with MetaStock’s data feed and the firm auditor’s logs to avoid nasty surprises.
