Hi, I would like to know how it is possible to scan the stoploss (or take profit) into the explorer. Let's take any system that also includes a stop loss, set in the system editor/Stops, how can I set the relative explorer so that it notice the stoploss to me on the day this occurs?

Thanks

Hello,

There is no direct way to refer to these values in the Explorer, as the Stops are hard-coded and dependent upon whether you are in a trade or not.

It is possible to have a custom formula that looks to see whether you would be in a trade or not and then you could have a formula calculate whether a stop condition (configured to work as the System Tester stops work) has triggered or not.

This would all require custom formula work. You can check with our formula writing team to see if this would be possible, although there is a charge for any work completed for this. https://www.metastock.com/customer/resources/formulas/customformulaform.
