How can I change the time format in MetaStock from 24-hour format to the other format?

Hello, MetaStock uses the "Region" settings of Windows, in this case the "Short time" format.
I believe if you have "HH:mm" as the Short time format this would be 24-hour format. If you choose "hh:mm tt" this would display in 12-hour/AM PM format.
