We have a number 1355 that represents 4 digits. Is there a function or equation that says that the number of digits = 4?

Hello, Per one of our formula writers, "there are no built in functions for that. some creative number crunching or unique application of the math and logic functions might do it, but that is the only way I know to do it" I can add a suggestion to see if something like this could be added in the future.
