MetaStock version 18 introduced ability to add plot the Fibonacci Retracement, Projection, and Fan on a logarithmic scale. To plot the Fibonacci studies on a log scale, follow the steps below:

MetaStock v18 --> Current

1. Open MetaStock. 
2. From the Power Console, select the Charts button.
3. Open the desired chart.
   • Type in the instrument using the Instrument(s) field at the top.
   • Select instrument using Custom Online Data Lists or Public Online Data Lists.
   • Select local data instrument using Local Data Lists.
4. From the Line Studies Toolbar on the left side of MetaStock, select the Fibonacci Retracement.
5. Click at the desired start point, move the mouse to the desired end point and click again.
6. Double click, or right-click and select Properties, on the Fibonacci line study
7. Select the Parameters tab
8. Select Calculate levels using percentage change on logarithmic scale
9. Click OK

1. Open MetaStock.

5. Select the Fibonacci Retracement

7. Double click, or right-click and select Properties, on the Fibonacci line study
8. Select the Parameters tab
9. Select Calculate levels using percentage change on logarithmic scale
10. Click OK
