DownLoader v. 17.1.19326.2  - Release Date Dec. 16th, 2019

NEW FEATURES/FUNCTIONALITY

• As a Downloader user I want to be able to adjust the first date of legacy instruments.

ISSUES FIXED

• Modifying Legacy Instrument and then downloading data causes collection report to show no data collected.
• Your data > local data > MS Legacy > how are MS Legacy data files created - should have been removed but is still showing on the left pane.
• Set "Instrument Search" default to "Starts With" instead of "Contains".
• Inconsistent usage to the "Legacy" data file type in Downloader Help file Index (MSFL vs Msfl vs MS Legacy). 
• Collection Report Status for "Invalid Symbols" is reporting no errors. 
•  After changing the instrument of a legacy data file, Downloader downloads zero data records. 
• MetaStock/DownLoader not passing on data from DataLink when value = 0.
• Monthly Legacy data created in DownLoader v10.1 does not update in DownLoader 17.
• The -express switch in Downloader doesn't close the program down after a download.
• Multiple express downloads ends up sitting at collection report instead of closing DownLoader.
