After saving a new Default Template, it may be necessary to delete your existing Smart Charts. Starting in MetaStock 17, we made this much easier.
MetaStock v17--> Current
- Open MetaStock (make sure all Smart Charts are closed)
- Open the File menu
- Select Delete Smart Charts
