ISSUES FIXED

• Bollinger Bands exploration notes are misleading.
• RMO Trade Model reports a "divide by zero error" on data having the same High, Open, Low, Close values.
• Inconsistent signals reported with the Bullish breakout formula of the LCI Breakout Signals exploration and expert advisor. 
• Selecting a template prior to selecting an instrument from a list in the Power Console will prevent the "Use template's periodicity" option from applying when checked. 
• When using the Up arrow on the keyboard to navigate to the top of the data sheet it will stop scrolling prior to getting to the top of the data sheet.
• Jim Berg Volatility Entry Advisor Expert has an extra space which prevents it from being displayed in the Jim Berg Volatility Entry template.
• MetaStock will crash when using the "security" formula function and referencing an invalid folder path.
• Custom online and local lists are not transferred when upgrading from the previous version (v16). 
• Description text of the exploration is appended to name after editing the name of the exploration. 
• MetaStock will close when the Deselect button is pressed if the use each exploration's previously selected instruments under Multiple Explorations is selected and one of the Multiple Explorations was not run before.
• The last hour of some European equities is not being returned in the Explorer when 'Use current exchange date/time' is unchecked when scanning hourly data.
• Forecaster exception performing a User-Defined Pattern Select on weekly Acer ticker using online data. 
• Forecaster Save button becomes disabled after clearing / redrawing pattern.
• The Downloader\MetaStock Help file does not indicate that .CSV files require a leading zero in the HHMMSS field in order to be read by MetaStock\Downloader.
• Unhandled exception in forecaster after selecting "Modify Selected Pattern".
• When pasting instruments into new custom online list does not always resolve the instrument names.
• Phantom triangles remain in the columns of an exploration report after selecting another column to sort by.
• When using Turkey Region CSV data not properly reading the High price and substituting Close in its place.
• Upper Sorbian (Germany) regional settings can cause Copy / Paste issues and difficulty selecting dates in the data sheet. 
• Page 10 of Getting Started tells customers to not un-install the previous version before upgrading. 
• Grammatical errors in Getting Started manual.
• Sort button does not retain sort settings if column headers aren't defined in exploration report. 
• Clicking on column headers to sort will prevent Sort button from taking effect in the exploration report.
• Incorrect Positive Volume Index documentation in MetaStock Help file.
• Incorrect Negative Volume Index documentation in MetaStock Help file.
• Minimizing Exploration Report dialogue behaves differently than minimizing exploration execution dialogue.
• Fundamentals and Resources are out of date from the right-click menu of the chart.
• Dynamic Trading Tools MetaStock Help topics contains outdated Exploration report image.
• LocalDataListSyncThreshold config setting not using region settings (Italy, Germany). 
• Description in Alpha and Beta indicators still reference making composite in DownLoader in Help file.
• Forecaster App: recognizer experienced an internal error.
• Commissions in System Test Options no longer support fractional values.
• When converting data (MSLocal or Legacy) to CSV if Overwrite destination data is not checked once you convert you get an error 'Duplicate data in destination' for all instruments converted.
