Does anyone know how to write formula in Expert Adviser to point out the lowest/highest RSI(14) within a certain period? e.g since 1 Jan, 2019

i think it may need valuesince and lowestsince. Don't know if my logic is right. I have tried to reasch CS, but the formula is too complex.

Can any experts help?

Hi,

There could be a few ways to accomplish this, depending on the details.

If you just want to know the highest/lowest RSI value of the last X periods (i.e. for Commentary), you could write:

Code:
HHV(RSI(14),250)

Code:
LLV(RSI(14),250)

If you want a signal (Symbol) to occur next to the actual price data when the condition is true, you can just compare current RSI to HHV / LLV of RSI

Code:
HHV(RSI(14),250) = RSI(14)

Code:
LLV(RSI(14),250) = RSI(14)
