Hello 

Am a newby

was just wondering if it is possible to scan the ASX

Using these criteria

MACD below 0 rising

RSI 30 to 70 band rising

SO 20 to 80 band rising

This should be possible and can be constructed in different ways, i.e. having all 3 criteria in a single filter, or having each criterion display within its own results column, and then use the Filter column as needed (i.e. making all column criteria required or some combination of column criteria required).

I am not familiar with the formula for Stochastic Oscillator Bands, although I would expect it to be possible to code.

Using the pre-defined MACD and a modified version of RSI Bands found here, you could write Column formulas as follows:

Column A: MACD Ris

Code:
MACD() < 0 AND ROC(MACD(),1,$)>0

Column B: RSIB Ris

Z:=Wilders(If(change>0,change,0),tp);

bx:=(tp-1)*(Y*botv/(100-botv)-Z);
tband:=If(tx>0,C+tx,C+tx*(100-topv)/topv);
bband:=If(bx>0,C+bx,C+bx*(100-botv)/botv);
ROC(tband,1,$)>0 AND ROC(bband,1,$)>0

You could then have a Filter column to restrict your exploration results to only those instruments that meet the criteria desired, such as:

The Explorer has the capacity to scan by a large number of criteria, but we would need to know what the mathematical criteria are for the indicator. Stochastic Oscillator is a standard/built-in formula function that can be used, but I am unfamiliar with SO Bands.
