It still failed to run after a reboot and no sign of the missing DLL in the MS16 program directory. I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the update. It is now up and running. Christopher

Christopher Thank you for the update on this. This is something we have seen when installing the latest build without first uninstalling the previous build. We previously updated our My Downloads instructions to include uninstalling the prior version first, but I will pass this information along and see what we can do regarding this going forward.

FYI: As I recall, the upgrade from MS15->MS16 didn't require to uninstall. BTW, I appreciate the update to the exploration screen, now its perfect!
