ISSUES FIXED

• Remove "MS11 1st hour breakout - 5 min. bars" Expert Advisor from MetaStock Daily Charts.
• Legacy Local Data files fail to load to a local data list and prevents the Browse button on the New Custom List dialog from working.
• Composites using Datalink are producing a "NULL" error when opening through the PowerConsole.
• Composites hanging when opening in MetaStock.
• When opening saved MetaStock charts an  "illegal file type" error is reported. 
• Update the Legacy local data "Weekly Data Validation" rules in MetaStock to match Downloader.
• Descriptions of Local Data file formats in MetaStock Help do not match the DownLoader Help.
• MetaStock local data Help should have a Note that explains TIME field + Intraday will only work with MetaStock Real Time.
• When converting in Downloader to MSLocal it will overwrite the destination security.
• Weekly Legacy local data files fail to convert with validation time stamp error.
• Modifying MSLocal data file on a non-mapped network drive will cause Downloader to crash.
• MSLocal should be locked from writing while already opened by another user.
• If the datasheet is opened MetaStock detects a data validation failure it can cause a crash when the user tries to modify the datasheet display.
• "Download" Status dialog hangs when nearing the end of a data collection.
• Downloader conversion issue with "4 Day" interval weekly data.
• Problems downloading weekly data with timestamps that are not in increments of 7 days.
• Standalone Downloader is unable to update its public list / instrument list update.
• MSLocal data file containing zero values results in all Forecaster recognizers failing.
• Downloader will not download any data if the download start date is set to the year 1700.
• X-Axis cursor label does not use space under the Y-axis.
• Pattern quick test is not matching 100%.
• Unhandled exception in Forecaster if using invalid characters in Name/description.

• When adding Local Instruments to a custom list from an exploration report, the list is created in the Custom Online list section.
• List of instruments from exploration report is not retained for charts opened from the exploration report.

• Once a Local chart is opened, X-Axis Load Dates (and Load Max checkbox) are grayed out.
• Commentary window does not refresh when changing to another chart.
• If you do not initialize Power Console after MetaStock starts, dialogues utilizing Choose Instrument/Symbol Lookup will fail to open.
• Applying templates in MetaStock v15 to saved charts and layouts created in MetaStock v11 are giving error.
• MetaStock 15 crashes (opening charts - running scans) when using MSLocal files created in Downloader v16.
• Saving local data as saved charts disables the option to load more data.

USABILITY IMPROVEMENTS:

•  Hot-keys for “Save All”. (CTRL+SHIFT+S)
• Open smart charts or chart from MetaStock Power Console by double-clicking the symbol from the list of instruments.
• As a user I would like keyboard shortcuts to control functions in Downloader v16. 
• As a user I would like the ability to select multiple securities from the collection report to delete.
• Display the symbol by default in the chart window.
• As a user I want to reference local data symbols from the Security function.
• As a user I want to generate multiple local data lists by recursing through subfolders.
• The error message when inputting an invalid symbol in Power Console should be " The symbol X is invalid.  If you need help finding a symbol try the "Instrument Search" from the Power Console."
• As a user I want to see instructions for retrieving my DataLink credentials in the login dialog.
• As a user of DownLoader I would like to copy the data from a datasheet to the clipboard.
