The Refinitiv DataLink username and password can be found in the "My Downloads" section of "My Account" on www.MetaStock.com. The steps below walk you through how to log into "My Account" and locate the username and password. - in the top "My Account" click onto www.MetaStock.comGo to right hand corner and select - "My Downloads".
- Log in with your email address and password (If you are unsure of the password, use the "I forgot password" link to reset the password).
- Once logged into "My Downloads" the third and fourth bullet of #5 will display your username and password for Refinitiv Datalink. (see below)
- Refinitiv Datalink usernames and password are case sensitive, so be sure to enter them into the MetaStock application exactly as they are listed.
- Refinitiv Datalink/Maintenance ID: #-#######
- Refinitiv Datalink/Maintenance Password: ########
