The below name changes will be effective 10/1/2016.
Brazilian Commodities and Futures Exchange --> BM&F Commodity & Futures Level 1
Brazilian Commodities and Futures Exchange (resident) --> BM&F Commodity & Futures Level 1
MCX Stock Exchange Currency and Derivatives --> Metropolitan Stock Exchange (MSEI)
Sao Paulo Stock Exchange --> Bvmf Bovespa Eq & Indx Level 1
Sao Paulo Stock Exchange(resident) --> Bvmf Bovespa Eq & Indx Level 1(resident)
