can metastock had system capability to install on android tablet?

MetaStock requires Windows for the operating system. As long as the system requirements are met, running on a tablet should work. End-of-Day (MetaStock D/C version) would run on a lesser system than the Realtime version, but you'd probably want to be looking at higher end tablets either way, i.e. Surface Pro 3 / 4.
