Hello,

I used the following formula and dotted plots to create an indicator for moving average with green when it goes up and red when it goes down. However, in the indicator when the condition goes to zero, my axis scale uses zero as the minimum value rather than a value close to price. I am using the following formula (posted by Wabbit);

How can I create a line indicator with two different colors (say for the moving average) without changing my axis scale to zero and/or retaining an axis scale that is near to the price (instead of zero)? Thanks.

have you read wabbit's post?

an indicator can have many plots!

A moving average, a signal line

or you can specify a rising , falling condition

In any case, you first have to define the color of each plotted line then save it as a template

Also to note , the last line of code in your indicator is the default value if you use a Fml function or FmlVar function
