I found this usefull formula:
MktStart:=Hour()<>Ref(Hour(),-1);
yestHi:= Ref(HighestSince(1,MktStart,H),-1);
yestLo:= Ref(LowestSince(1,MktStart,L),-1);
ValueWhen(1,MktStart,yestLo);
ValueWhen(1,MktStart,yestHi);
In an intraday RT chart, detect max and min every hour. In the next hour, if market don't realize new min(max), how can modify this code?

P.S. I tried with If(), but every two hour change the same value
