Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered, Registered Users, Subscribers Joined: 7/4/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		Can anyone help- I am trying to run "Test" on data files to check for errors. But any file I try to open Downloader 11 gives the error "Data file in (Directory) are in use by one or more multi-user applications". I have tried to move the data to a new directory but the error persists. What are these 'multi-user applications" and how do I get to access my data files? Otherwise everything seems to work normally. Thanks

There could be 3rd party applications that are reading the data in a folder (a number of programs read the MetaStock Data Format), so it is hard to say which one that might be.
