Is the only way to get level 2 in Thomson Reuters Eikon to buy subscribtion to the order book for $50 a month?

Hello,
First thing with level II that you would need is the data itself:
The Blended Order Book is going to be your primary way to see this data in depth with different sorting options for Best Bid / Ask, etc. You can get many of these fields into a QuoteList but compared to the Blended Order Book your views / sorting of this information will be more limited.
