Dear Support,
I'm using MetaStock 11 Pro, and now when i go to open a new Chart, The Reuters Datalink is missing now in Look in History, Local Data, Favorites then it used to have Reuters. Now its missing what do i need to do to get it back.

If you are using MetaStock Pro 11 for eSignal, you must choose "No Realtime Vendor" during installation in order to have the Reuters DataLink tab. Assuming that was done and you are not using an "Offline Mode" shortcut, you will want to go to Tools-->Options-->Reuters DataLink and fill in your Reuters DataLink User ID + Password, then restart MetaStock.

Dear MS Support,
I actually did this 3 times last night and when I do a complete fresh download, the same thing happens. I also check the data window has Reutersdadatlink with my User Id and password.
