can I set a formula in explorer to find the stock that the ATM breakout catch is change from red to yellow on the bar? thanks.

Sorry to have to tell you - only color Red available in MetaStock v12. Gossip is that Blue and Mahogany colors may or may not be coming to MetaStock v13.
