Dear MetaStock Traders,

I'm just looking to see how can we save a chart with the commentary from the Expert attached to the chart and save it on my desktop. This way I can print the chart at work. Since I cannot access MetaStock from work.

I think saving the chart as a PDF (Acrobat document) would be the easiest way.

There are many different programs but the one I have used for years and trust is CutePDF Writer. You can get this here. Install this on the machine that you use Metastock on. Be sure to also install Ghostscript as per the instructions. Once it's installed, you'll have a virtual printer called "CutePDF Writer". You can now print your charts from Metastock to a PDF file using the print command, which you can then e-mail or put on a USB stick or whatever.

EDIT: Have re-read and guess you might want full commentary attached to the chart? I'm not sure if you can do that. The chart will print with any expert symbols, paint bars, the ribbon and so on, but not the full commentary. You can *separately* print the commentary. It will end up on a separate PDF file (and ultimately a separate sheet of paper) as per example below.
