I use a relative strength comparison for 4-,13,26 and 52 weeks. How do I filter the stocks of which the four-week relative strength rank is greater than the 13-week
rank, which was greater than the 26-week rank, which in turn was greater
than the 52-week relative price strength rank. thanks
