- Check your email's "Trash" or "Junk" folders.
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address.
- Make sure your email server allows for emails from: “no-reply@metastock.com” as an accepted email. This is typically done through Tools>Options>Preferences>Junk e-mail>Safe Senders or it can be added as a "Contact".
